A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 1, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. at the Busan District Court on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. and appears to be the clerical error in the indictment written on August 24, 2013.

(Evidence No. 3, 27 pages). The Busan detention center completed the execution of the sentence.

No person who runs an amusement business affecting the public morals shall commit any act of arranging sexual traffic at a place which runs the amusement business affecting the public morals.

Nevertheless, the defendant has three smuggling, two waiting rooms, and beds, etc. in 'E', which is a business place affecting the amusement of the public morals operated by the defendant on the first floor of Busan Jin-gu D, Busan Metropolitan City.

1. On May 7, 2014, around E, around 15:15, in order to regulate businesses of arranging sexual traffic, he/she received KRW 90,00 in return for sexual intercourse from a police officer belonging to the Busan Coast Guard Station, who pretended to be a customer, and then instructs a female employed by the defendant to become a person subject to sexual traffic (F) by guiding the female employed by the defendant as the above smuggling, in which his/her name is unknown;

2. On May 13, 2014, around E, around 19:50 on May 13, 2014, after receiving KRW 90,00 won from a police officer belonging to the Busan Southern Police Station, who pretended to be a customer to regulate a business of arranging sexual traffic, in return for sexual intercourse, the name of the defendant's employee is unknown, and mediates to become a person subject to sexual trafficking by guiding the sexual traffic (F) whose name is unknown;

3. On July 10, 2014, around 22:00, after receiving KRW 90,000 as compensation for sexual intercourse from a police officer belonging to the Busan Shipping Police Station, who pretended to be a customer to regulate a business establishment of arranging sexual traffic, and the defendant's name of a woman engaged in sexual intercourse cannot be identified, arrange to become a person subject to sexual traffic by guiding a woman engaged in sexual traffic (Ga) whose name is not known to him/her as the smuggling;

4. On September 2, 2014, around E around September 22, 2014, belonging to the Busan East Coastal Police Station, which has most of customers, in order to regulate the arrangement of commercial sex acts.
