1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 915,944,409 and KRW 150,444,419 among them, from April 19, 200 to April 451.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The conclusion of each credit guarantee agreement and each letter of credit guarantee 1) Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”)
(1) On April 28, 1997, Defendant B, etc., jointly and severally guaranteed by the Defendant B, etc., set the transaction limit of KRW 1,00,00,000 and the transaction period between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff from April 28, 1997 to April 27, 1998, and the principal obligation incurred prior to the transaction period also included in the said transaction limit. Under the said limit transaction agreement, each of the credit guarantee certificates with the contents as indicated below (hereinafter “1 through 3 guarantee”) was issued by the Plaintiff pursuant to the said limit transaction agreement:
(2) On May 2, 1998, the date of guarantee (final guarantee number: C (D) 150,000,000 won on May 8, 1997, 1998 ( November 7, 1999) Small and Medium Enterprise Loan Bank Sung-nam Branch Co., Ltd. 22, 1997; E 100,000,000 won on September 22, 1998 ( September 22, 2000); the Plaintiff Company received the above principal obligation from the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff Company No. 2020,000,000 won on April 23, 1998 (including the Plaintiff’s general credit guarantee agreement, 200,000,000 won on April 23, 1998; and the Plaintiff Company received the said principal obligation from the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff Company No. 980, Apr. 29, 2099.
(2) On May 26, 1998, KRW 140,000,00,000 in the fourth guarantee period of the loan extended by the Guarantee No. 140,000 in the loan extended by the Guarantee No. 140,000 in the loan extended by the Guarantee No. 1450,000 in the loans extended by the Guarantee No. 140,000 on January 27, 2002, KRW 100,000 in the fifth guarantee period for the loan extended by the J. 140,00 in the loans extended by the Guarantee No. 140,000 in the loans extended by the Han Bank on May 4, 199, the Defendant Company is under joint and several guarantee by Defendant B, etc.
