Punishment of the crime

Where a person works on an election campaign by sending text messages, he/she may send them by means of automatic broadcast communications, only candidates and preliminary candidates.

On June 13, 2018, although the Defendant was not a candidate or preliminary candidate for the national Dong-si local election, the Defendant sent text messages through automatic broadcast communications as follows, and carried out an election campaign.

At around 10:54 on June 8, 2018, the Defendant had access to the Defendant’s home located in C’s Internet site to the Defendant’s ID and registered the contact details that the Defendant had been in charge of his usual management in the address register, and then had the mobile phone numbers of 7,948 registered in the above address register, “I will open the mobile phone numbers of the Do Council Speaker A.
