Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant did not obtain a driver’s license, and operated a vehicle for driving at approximately 3 km in front of the road maintenance factory in front of the Si/Eup, instead of the Defendant’s house located in Gyeongnam-gun and Gyeongnam-gun, on March 17, 2011 and August 22, 2011, respectively.
