A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 5, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won on August 8, 2015, due to a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a group, deadly weapons, etc.) in support of the Sungnam branch of Suwon, and completed the execution of the sentence by the Daegu prison on November 15, 2015.

1. On January 12, 2016, the Defendant damaged property: (a) at the D cafeteria located on the second floor of the Seoul-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Sungnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City building, the victim E operating the said cafeteria was not able to drink the Defendant; (b) the above cafeteria entrance and the automatic door door was cut off by drinking the said cafeteria; (c) the gate was cut off on the gate; and (d) the victim’s signboard attached on the entrance was destroyed by the gate; and (d) the automatic door was destroyed by the breakdown.

2. Obstruction of business;

A. On February 18, 2016, the Defendant entered the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol around 16:00 on February 18, 2016, with a view to: (a) having the influence of alcohol, having not exceeded a new launch on the H restaurant run by the victim G (V, 53 years of age) located in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul; and (b) having the Defendant brought the Defendant “the Defendant’s frith of the same year friend, friend, friend, friend, frith of bitch,”

B. On March 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) while under the influence of alcohol around 22:00 on March 15, 2016, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the victim’s main business operation for about 30 minutes by force, such as “Acsponse Ma, Masp Masp, Masp Masp Masp Masp Masp Masp Masp Masp Masp Masp Masp Masp Masp, Masp Masp Masp, Masp Masp Masp Masp Masp; and (c) the Defendant had two customers in the above head of the Sinnam-si Masp Masp Masp Masp, etc.

On April 6, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of around 22:0 on April 6, 2016, is identical to the description in paragraph 2(b).
