Punishment of the crime

On July 11, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Daejeon District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on May 20, 2015.
