1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant served as the representative director of the JJ for the purpose of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Building, SNS business, software development business, etc.

B. The Defendant developed the “L” method for the purpose of translation and transmission of delivery messages into English or other languages with the function of both sides and multilateral function as the main function, but L/S does not reach the extent that the translation function does not reach the degree of communication, and the function of the “S” method was not properly performed. The Defendant was merely the initial step of the “S” method that combines the function of the existing “S” method and translation program function.

C. In the process of gathering the Plaintiff and the designated parties together with the representative director, N, and executives and employees of JJ, Co., Ltd. (the company that has been ordered to recruit a franchise store and receive an advertisement from a franchise store), which is the related company of J, the Defendant explained as if the Plaintiff had a profound technological power, including the degree of communication in 81 countries’ language and translation of 81 countries’ language, and made a false statement to the effect that, in the process of making an investment presentation and an individual interview, the Defendant may obtain profits up to a set of KRW 10 and a set of KRW 81.

Accordingly, the Plaintiff and the designated parties agree to make an investment in the J or J Singapore Corporation. The Plaintiff shall make a total of KRW 30,500,000 on June 9, 2014; KRW 5,000,000 on July 9, 2014; KRW 5,000,000 on August 22, 2014; KRW 12,50,000 on September 12, 2014; KRW 3,000,000 on February 25, 2015; KRW 3,00,000,000 on KRW 30,00,000 on March 3, 2015; KRW 30,000,000 on KRW 30,000,000 on KRW 30,000 on May 5, 2015; and KRW 30,630,605,630.6,005.
