A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, it shall be gold.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around April 14:53, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven a driver’s license without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license at approximately 1.6 km section from the nearby road to the front road at the entrance of the former B market No. 1 of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license on April 27, 2018.

2. The Defendant violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a motor vehicle owner of a two-wheeled automobile at 110 o’clock 110 o’t a report of use.

The Defendant operated a two-wheeled automobile at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) at the 110 cc Es. 110 cc. without mandatory insurance.

3. On April 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 14:53, at the entrance of the Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B market; (b) driven Oralba; and (c) controlled the violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act against D who was affiliated with the Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Police Station C.

The Defendant: (a) committed a crime as if the Defendant was a person who was requested to produce an identification card by the Inspector D; (b) made the Defendant enter his personal information in the “written statement of vehicle operation fact”; (c) stated the “E” and the “E” column in the “written statement of vehicle operation fact” column; and (d) presented the written statement containing the forged signature as if it were duly established to D, who was aware of the fact.

Accordingly, the defendant forged another person's signature for the purpose of exercising it, and exercised it.
