Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person registered as a seller in order to receive points in accordance with the number and file capacity when he/she became a member of the Internet web site C operated by Company B, registers contents on adult bulletin board after adult certification.

In spite of the fact that anyone does not distribute information with obscene codes, language, sound, image, or motion picture distributed, sold, rented, or displayed openly through an information and communications network, the Defendant posted obscene images over a total of 539 times in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes, by using computers from May 7, 2020 to June 1, 2020, as the title "G", "E" and "E" connected to the above C website by using computers from the window D of Changwon to the above C site from May 7, 2020.

As a result, the accused distributed obscene images through the information and communication network.

2. No one shall distribute information with obscene contents distributed, sold, rented, or displayed openly in the form of code, words, images, or motion pictures through an information and communications network;

Nevertheless, from May 6, 2020 to June 1, 2020, the Defendant opened approximately 517 adult pornographys, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, in the Defendant’s residence located in H and the first floor of the city of Changwon, and in the Defendant’s residence on the first floor of the housing. As such, the Defendant opened up approximately 517 adult pornographys as shown in the list of crimes.

Accordingly, the Defendant distributed obscene images through information and communication network.
