1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 191,477,980 as well as 20% per annum from August 23, 2014 to the day of full payment.

1. The Plaintiff is a company that imports and sells printed materials and other subsidiary materials, and the Defendant is a business operator who engages in printing related business, such as film board and printing business, with the trade name “B.”

The Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with printed films and plates, and the outstanding amount at present reaches KRW 191,477,980.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 191,477,980 won for the above-paid goods and damages for delay.
