1. The Defendant’s KRW 106,809,520 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from June 1, 2016 to July 29, 2016.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 (including paper numbers), the plaintiff supplied the defendant with goods, such as drainage pumps, from May 2012 to May 31, 2016, with the trade name "B", and the amount of outstanding amount not paid to the defendant as of May 31, 2016 can be recognized as equal to KRW 106,809,520.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 106,809,520 won for the unpaid goods and damages for delay at each rate of 6% per annum under the Commercial Act from June 1, 2016 to July 29, 2016, which is the delivery date of a copy of the complaint (payment order) of this case, and 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
