A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:00 on April 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 100,00 in cash from E, “D,” which had been operated by the Defendant in the name of “D,” and provided guidance to the said E to the three room so as to enable the female employees of the said establishment to engage in a sexual intercourse similar to F, which is similar to F; and (b) provided four rooms, shower rooms, one waiting room, one room for employees, etc. to the said establishment from January of the same year until the said time; and (c) provided the nameless male customers visiting the said establishment with KRW 10,00 in cash from the male customers visiting the said establishment, and caused female employees to engage in a similar sexual intercourse, and then, (d) brought about KRW 40,00 among them, and paid the remainder of the amount of KRW 60,000,000,000,000 to arrange commercial sex acts.

(6.-1 year and April) of the Act on the Mediation, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts, which is at least 19 years of age or older, [the person who has been sentenced to a special sentencing]. The sentencing factors favorable to the recognition of and reflects a crime. The act of arranging commercial sex acts by arranging commercial sex acts is distort the sound sexual morals of society and distort it with a large amount of illegality. In particular, the defendant has been punished three times for five years or more for the crimes related to the customs of this case, such as arranging the sale and purchase of similar acts.
