Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant had a good appraisal on the ground that the Defendant was able to have the mother of the Defendant, while working in the Youngdong Factory with C(S) and the Defendant joined several different labor unions and had a good appraisal.

1. At around 12:40 on April 23, 2013, the Defendant, in the Dongdong Factory cafeteria, D Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., located in Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, provided meals together with the degree of 50-60 employees, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to “I am her fly, her fly, her her fly, if her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her

2. At around 12:40 on April 24, 2013, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by openly booming the victim at the same place as the above Paragraph 1, with the degree of 50-60 employees, where the Defendant provided meals together with approximately 50-60 employees.

3. On April 24, 2013, at least 13:00, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by openly taking a bath to the victim’s “I am fly fly, fly fly, if fly fly fly fly fly fly fly, fly fly fly fly, and fly fly fly fly fly fly fly fly fly fly

4. On May 13, 2013, at around 10:00, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by taking a heavy bath to the victim, “If she would have taken a desire to do so, she should do so immediately, she should do so if she would do so immediately.”
