A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

Around 00:30 on May 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) directed the victim by gathering a stone, which is a dangerous object in the vicinity, in the C parking lot located in Busan Metropolitan City, about 00:30 on May 24, 2013, when the victim D (n't, 46 years of age) seeks to leave the victim on 2-3 occasions; and (b) continuously led the victim to the place where the victim left the parking lot in Busan Metropolitan City.
