Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2020, at around 15:20, the Defendant driven a motor bicycle without obtaining a motorcycle driver's license in approximately 2 km section from the front of C dormitory in Kimpo-si B to the front of E in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.
