The following facts are considered: (a) the applicable law on criminal facts; (b) Articles 154 Subparag. 2 and 43 of the Road Traffic Act regarding the selective sentencing; (c) the Defendant has been sentenced to a fine of 7 times in total due to a violation of each Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in 2002, 2012, 204, 2012, 8, 2014; (d) April 23, 2014; (e) June 17, 2016; and (e) the Defendant has been sentenced to a fine of 7 times in total in 2016 in the year 2017 without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle or a motorcycle driver’s license for a motor vehicle, and (e) the Defendant has been sentenced to a license without a license at the same eightth level.
