1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 36,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

The ground for recognition (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act) is for partial three grounds for rejection of a judgment with no merit (Article 208(3)1, and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act). “Rules on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc. was wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015,

Therefore, with respect to a claim for damages for delay under Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case
