1. The Defendant’s annual interest in KRW 99,631,91 and KRW 99,631,790 among the Plaintiff and KRW 99,631,790 from April 22, 2015 to June 3, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. The main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015) was wholly amended by Article 26553 and enforced on October 1, 2015.
Therefore, among damages for delay under Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, only 20% per annum from the day following the date of service of a copy of the complaint of this case until September 30, 2015 and damages for delay calculated by the rate of 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, shall be recognized, and the exceeding portion
