A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 17, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1 million for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on November 17, 2003; on August 23, 2007, to a summary order of KRW 700,000 for the same crime at the Chungcheong District Court on August 23, 2007; on November 19, 2007, to a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime at the same court on November 19, 2007; and on November 26, 2010, to a suspended sentence of one year for imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime, etc.

1. Around 23:40 on February 21, 2014, the Defendant was driving a Done Star-kicking Vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in a state of 0.116% alcohol concentration in order to drive a vehicle with approximately 2 meters away from the parked front and rear side of his/her vehicle, in order to drive the vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. On February 21, 2014, at around 20:30, the Defendant driven the above 4km car without obtaining a driver’s license from the Defendant’s house located in Daejeon Seodong-gu, Daejeon, to the front road in the same Dong-dong, from around 21:00 on the same day.

3. The Defendant forged private documents and uttering of the above investigation document at the same date, time, and place as described in Paragraph 1, as above, and under investigation by the Busan High Police Station Traffic Survey AssistantF for the violation of the Road Traffic Act, the Defendant stated “G” in the “the name of the driver” column in the “the driver’s statement” column and “G” column in the “the driver’s statement” column in the “the driver’s statement,” and affixed the Defendant’s signature on the side of the said “G” column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the certificate, the Defendant forged each of the above G G documents in the name of the owner and driver, and one copy of the report on the status of the owner and driver, respectively.
