Punishment of the crime

[200 Highest 1050] The Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) on September 29, 2009, and a summary order of KRW 4 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Daejeon District Court on April 14, 2015.

On January 20, 2020, the Defendant, as a person who violated the Road Traffic Act twice, driven a Bknife vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.090% at a 1km section from around a restaurant in which it is impossible to know the trade name in the Taedong-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu to the front road in the middle-gu, Daejeon-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant, who violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act more than twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again.

[200 Highest 2661] On September 29, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court, and on April 14, 2015, the same court received a summary order of KRW 4 million for the same crime.

At around 21:20 on May 19, 2020, the Defendant driven a BF vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.141% without obtaining a driver's license from around 50 meters to the roads in front of the CF.

As a result, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drunk driving more than twice, and at the same time, driven a vehicle without obtaining a driver's license.
