A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From May 1, 2015 to August 31, 2015, from around August 25, 2015 to around August 27, 2015, the Defendant operated the “C” marina shop on the first floor of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul (hereinafter “C”) and employed D, etc. as female employees with the facilities, such as mags, 4 lock rooms in which shower rooms are installed, one waiting room, and one waiting room, and made female employees receive 130,000 won per time from male customers in his/her name and let them sexual intercourse with the above male customers, and gain profits of KRW 1,700,000 per time out of the sexual traffic price received as above by paying 80,000 to female employees.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
