A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant and C shall be the owner of a marina business establishment in the name of "E" on the first floor of D underground at Jeju-si, and no one shall commit acts of arranging sexual traffic, etc. for business purposes.
From Jun. 23, 2010 to Apr. 18, 2010, the Defendant installed five rooms (including shower facilities), one surface room, and a camera in the said marina shop from Apr. 18, 2013, and the Defendant received 150,000 won in cash from an unspecified male customer who found the place in the camera, and C, after leaving female employees through a nearby news room, had female employees cut off the clothes of the male guest and take a bath, and let female employees take a bath back and take a bath of the guest, and then the sexual intercourse of the customer becomes the customer, the Defendant would have female employees do sexual intercourse with the sea, and paid 80,000 won to female employees at the expense of commercial sex acts, thereby gaining profits at an average of 140,00 won per day by paying 1,00 won per customer.
As a result, the defendant conspired with C to arrange commercial sex acts.
