Punishment of the crime

On April 9, 2013, the Defendant driven B rocketing car in the state of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.125% from the 50m section of the blood alcohol level to the front road of the Busan Western-gun, Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si, Seoul-do, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.125%.
