The defendant is a person who drives a rocketing car.

On June 5, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.120% in blood around 21:05, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at approximately 50 meters on the front of the Blue-dong Blue-ri-ri-dong Blue-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul at the port, on the road in front of the Blue-dong Blue-ri Slue-ri.
