1. The punishment of the accused shall be determined by two years and six months;

2.Provided, That the foregoing shall not apply for a period of four years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he handled psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (one philophone; hereinafter referred to as “philophones”), as follows:

1. On June 2014, the Defendant: (a) expressed his/her intention to purchase phiphones through an international telephone, which was known in the course of conducting an Internet search for the purchase of narcotics to a police officer on the first time on June 2014; and (b) remitted KRW 500,000 to an account notified by the winners of the above phiphones.

On June 21, 2014, the Defendant received the said international express cargo at the “F” restaurant operated by the Defendant, who was in Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the above person with the above person's name in order to import the penphone.

2. Around October 2014, the Defendant administered philophones by mixing the philophones with the scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopics in the Defendant’s residence located in Gangwon-si G.

3. On June 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) expressed that he/she was aware of the fact that he/she was conducting an Internet search for the purchase of narcotics, etc.; and (b) transferred KRW 2 million to the account of our bank account on the account number known to the person who was aware of the fact that he/she was aware of the fact that he/she was using an international telephone.

Accordingly, the person who is not entitled to the above name shall pack approximately 4.4 g of philophones into plastic paper paper and paper stuffed and concealed them inside the table of the table, and then put them into the package box and then put the addressee's "A" and the address of the addressee's H building in Gangnam-gu Seoul City.
