Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 12, 2013, the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that “the sale of Nakis by accessing the Internet opening site” is “the sale of Nakis by accessing the Internet opening site at the French site.”
When the Defendant remitted 2.80,000 won to the victim C who reported and contacted the above writing, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that he sent his age to the victim C.
However, since the defendant did not have the above age, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to send the new fact even if he received the payment from the victim.
The defendant received 280,000 won from the victim to the Busan Bank Account in the name of the defendant under the name of the Busan Bank.
The Defendant, from around that time to November 27, 2013, deceiving victims by the same method over 15 times in total and received KRW 5,327,000 from the victims, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.
around December 20, 2013, the Defendant reported that “The 2014 Highest 7785” in the Defendant’s house located in Seo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, and that “The 240,000 won was transferred from the victim F, who called the phone, as if he or she had the ability or intent to sell the above Twit pockets,” and that “The 240,000 won was the money for the goods to the corporate bank account in the name of the Defendant’s name on December 20, 2013.”
In addition, the Defendant received a total of KRW 4,014,00 from December 20, 2013 to February 25, 2014 in the same way as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
