Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, at around 14:31 on August 18, 2018, the Defendant operated Bsch Rexton car without mandatory insurance on the adjacent road at the entrance of the North Incheon International IC.
