Defendants shall be punished by each fine of KRW 3,000,000.

E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “E”) is a company performing construction works by contracts from the Korea Rail Network Authority for the relocation of railroads of 1.46 km between the main line of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu JJ Line and the JJ Line in connection with the extension of the roads of the roads of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and Defendant A, as a field manager, who is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the safety management and construction of the construction sites; Defendant B, as a safety manager under the E-site construction site; Defendant C, as a responsible supervisor under the jurisdiction of the Korea Rail Network Authority who has entered into a contract with the Korea Rail Network Authority for full-time responsible supervision; and Defendant C, as prescribed by the Construction Technology Management Act, is a person in charge of the management and supervision of the construction sites in accordance with the design drawings and specifications of the construction works; and Defendant D, as a site subject to subcontracted construction works for the said railway and reinforced concrete works from E.

1. From March 16, 2011, Defendants A, B, C, and D’s occupational occupational injury, occupational injury, and occupational car burial M began to work in a construction site where part of a 15-meter radius of the construction works, which 15-meter radius from the construction site of Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City (19 km point in the starting point of the Yongsan Station, 760 meters; hereinafter “the construction site of this case”). From around March 201, Defendants A, B, C, and D, the construction site where a part of the cream line was excavated from the beginning of the construction site of this case, for the purpose of cutting down part of the chill road and for the purpose of passing through the chilling upper part of the chill site of this case. As a result, from June 16, 2011, the construction site of this case opened the entry side of the chill road and the chilling of the entrance side and the floor side of the road for the construction.
