B A corporation is a corporation established for the purpose of building construction business, etc., and is a business owner constructing a new building in Gwangju Northern-gu, and the defendant A is a person in charge of the safety and health of his employees as the head of the site office of "new building construction work".
1. Defendant A
(a) Where a safety railer is installed to prevent the fall, etc. of workers, the business owner shall be comprised of upper rail lines, middle rail lines, end rail boards, and rail columns;
