Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a church pastor in Jeju, and the victim C (the age of 26) is a child welfare facility attached to the above church, who has served as a teacher of the local child center.

On July 24, 2014, around 13:00, the Defendant got on the back-side of the “E” which the victim drives in order to purchase the preparations for events in the center.

Accordingly, the Defendant had the victim feel sexual desire while moving, and had the victim feel humbling to commit an indecent act against the victim, and had the victim feel humbling the horses, such as “the body string is above the day,” and when the body strings a little of stalbs, the Defendant humbeded the victim’s chest with both hand, and humbing the victim’s chest, “I am humbly, I am off, I am off, and I am off the victim’s chest in the same way through several times.”
