On December 23, 2010, A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. and one million won of fine in Seoul Southern District Court, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on April 13, 2012. On November 15, 2012, Seoul Southern District Court sentenced six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doing Vehicle) in Seoul Southern District Court, and the above sentence became final and conclusive on January 23, 2013.

B On November 17, 201, in Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court, sentenced ten months of imprisonment for night-time room, intrusion, theft, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on October 1, 2012.

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A.
