[Defendant A, C, D, E, and F] Defendant A and E shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months, Defendant C, D, and F, respectively.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
In collusion with other persons, the Defendants intended to take care of the actual traffic accident and claim insurance money even though they did not cause the traffic accident.
1. On May 19, 2014, Defendant A: (a) around 21:30 on May 19, 2014, the Defendant was on board the K Lone Star Royman L, M, N, and continued to run ahead of it; (b) C was on board Q and R by driving a P Car with a P Car, and (c) C was on purpose driven by J in accordance with the said programme.
In collusion with L, M, N,O, R, Q, and J, the Defendant received an accident from the employee in charge of the L, M, N,O, Q, which received KRW 1,868,170 from the victimized company under the pretext of agreement, etc. around that time, and received KRW 2,582,255 from the victimized company.
The Defendant, in collusion with J, etc. over four occasions from the foregoing case to February 26, 2015, received total amount of KRW 15,983,253 from the victimized company in collusion with the victim company, such as the list of crimes (A) in the attached Table of Crimes (A).
2. On October 28, 2014, at around 20:50, Defendant B moved in and proceeded with the vehicle E on the vehicle between Twits, which is driven by F, on the road located in the Shiidong in Shii-si, Sii-si. Defendant B, while driving his Ubs car and driving it behind, Defendant B was driven by F in accordance with the said schedule.
In collusion with F, E, A, and J, the Defendant received an accident from the employee in charge of the Co., Ltd. in charge of the same day as the actual traffic accident occurred and received KRW 2,139,080 from the victimized company under the pretext of agreement, etc. around that time, and received KRW 4,639,080 from the victimized company.
In addition to the above case, the Defendant conspireds with J, etc. two times on March 9, 2015, such as the list of crimes (B) in the attached Form No. 2015.
