Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants, E, F, G, H, I, and J are aware of K, L (each old trial), friendly relationship with each other, and they conspired to receive insurance proceeds from insurance companies by intentionally causing a traffic accident.

1. Fraud accused due to a traffic accident on March 1, 2007;

3. C and co-offender E, F, G, K, and L's accomplices shall drive on March 1, 2007 at the large distance of relationship in the Southern-gu, Gwangju on March 1, 2007, with E, and F, on the vehicle of Mcardiia, and the accomplice L shall drive on the vehicle of Npoter, on March 1, 207;

3. While driving with C while driving, the above K caused a traffic accident caused the back part of the above L operator's above L operator's above cargo vehicle intentionally in front of the above L operator's car.

The above Defendants and the above accomplices reported the Victim LIG Non-Life Insurance and the Green Damage Insurance as if they were negligent traffic accidents caused by negligence, and they were given KRW 13,496,650 in total as insurance money as stated in the attached Table 1.

As a result, the above Defendants and accomplice E, F, G, K, and L acquired gold KRW 13,496,650 from the victimized companies in collusion.

2. Fraudulent defendant due to a traffic accident dated November 28, 2007;

1. A, accomplice E, H, I, J, L, and the accomplice L are the Defendant in the Southern-gu Seoul Southern-dong car around November 28, 2007 at around 20:40 on November 28, 2007;

1. A, co-offender H, I, and J are on board, and co-offender E is driving a OScar car, the above L caused a traffic accident in front of the above AScar car.

The facts that A and the above accomplices intentionally caused the traffic accident, but they reported the accident to the victim Samsung F&M to the victim Samsung F&M, and they are covered by the insurance money as shown in the attached list 2 of the crime inundation.
