A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from the end of June 2014, operated an officetel sexual traffic business establishment (one name “one room”) with G, and around June 2015, G independently operated the said “the off room” after G escaped from the tracking of the investigative agency.

From February 14, 2015 to April 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) leased an officetel 705, 1003, 308, 208, and 414; and (b) simultaneously or in sequence an officetel 1409, and 812, respectively; and (c) placed two advertisements in the “J”, “J” and “L”, a site for Internet commercial sex acts.

The defendant employed male employees who manage the above businesses, such as M and N, in order to let male employees guide customers, manage female employees, etc., and when there is a crackdown on investigation agencies, the above male employees should be investigated and punished in most manner.

As a female employee, the Defendant employed P, Q, R, S, T (Gam), U (Gam), V (Gam), W (Gam), X (Gam) and Y (Gam) to have them engage in sexual intercourse with many unspecified customers who found the above advertisement, and received 140,000 won from customers and paid 90,000 won for the remaining 50,000 won.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with G, etc. from February 14, 2015 to June 7, 2015, and conspired with N, etc. in sequence from July 2015 to April 7, 2016, and engaged in activities such as arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.
