A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 9, 2015, the Defendant injured by a special obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) driven by a FND car on April 23, 2015; and (b) discovered the three-lane road in front of the “slaterar” in Incheon Gyeyang-gu Chapter 822, along the two-lanes of the “slaterar” road from the front edge of the “slaterar” road, the Defendant driven along the three-lanes of the “slaterar” and driven along the three-lane direction.
The Defendant, at the seat of the Incheon Gyeyang Police Station Police Station, proceeded in the future with the above car, which is a dangerous object, even though G was able to block and stop the above car, and in order to restrain it, the said G demanded the above G to stop on the beams of the above car, but it was committed by assaulting the above G, such as disregarding it and driving over about five meters, and going beyond the above G, which led to the injury of the necessary subfection for about three weeks of medical treatment.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Measures Taken after Accidents) provides that the victim H who was stopped on the bus platform while driving the said vehicle on a three-lane basis shall be damaged by 73,500 won for repairing the said bus after going to the left part of the said vehicle by the victim H, who was parked on the bus platform while driving the said vehicle on the said three-lane basis, and the said bus shall be damaged by the 752,304 won for repairing the said taxi in front of the left part of the said vehicle, which the victim J, who continued to stop on the taxi platform, and the said taxi shall be damaged by 752,304 won for repairing the said taxi in front of the said vehicle's left part of the said vehicle, and the part behind the right part of the passenger bus driven by the victim L, who continued to stop on the three-lane way, shall be damaged by the said 420,000 won without delay.
