A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 18, 2013, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (joint assault) on the ground that the Defendant, at around 21:26, 2013, she took a bath while drinking alcohol with H and the victim I in front of the F Station No. 1 in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, on the ground that the Defendant, while drinking together with H and the victim I, the victim was bread while drinking together with the Defendant, who had a higher age of drinking alcohol.
