A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

Around 16:00 on December 5, 2019, the Defendant saw approximately 0.05 g of Mepopopon in D Spopon car parked in a house located near C Station in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government by means of inserting approximately 0.05 g of Mepopon on a single-use-use-use-based-use-based-use-based-use-based-car, and dilution with water and injection into arms. From 17:30 on the same day to 18:00 on the same day, the Defendant administered approximately 0.2 g of loopon in the above vehicle parked on the F parking lot located in Namyang-si, Namyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by the same method, on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones over three times.

2. No person who violates the Road Traffic Act shall drive a motor vehicle under the condition that he/she is unlikely to drive the motor vehicle normally due to influence of drugs;

On December 5, 2019, the Defendant, at around 16:00 on December 5, 2019, driven D SP car from the house located near C Station located in Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu to the 15th SPacheon-ro, 100 SPacheon-ro, 15,00 SPacheon-ro, Seoul.
