1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The ownership transfer registration was completed on December 20, 1938 with respect to land AT in the name of eight persons of AU, AV, AW, AX, AY, AZ, BA, and BB. The forest land was divided into AM or BC land in the Jeonju-si on September 25, 1968. As to the above AM land on December 20, 1971, the Act on Special Measures for the Registration of Forest Land Transfer (Act No. 2111, hereinafter “Special Measures for Forest Land”).

The registration of ownership transfer was completed under BD’s name on November 21, 1973, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on November 5, 1973 under the name of 17 persons of 2, BE, Defendant D, BF, BG, BD, Defendant S, BH, BH, BI, and BI, Defendant T, U, BJ, BK, BL, Defendant V, Defendant W, and BM, and then the ownership transfer was changed to 7,438 square meters of AM-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City. On December 17, 2012, the said AM land was divided into “AM land”, “BN land”, “NN land”, “3,962 square meters of AM-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on December 17, 2012.

2) As to the land of the former Dunju-gun, it is identical to the eight of the above paragraph (1) of AU, AV, AW, AX, AY, AZ, BA, and B on December 4, 1936. The registration of ownership transfer has been completed in the name of the forest. The forest was divided into AO or BP land at the Jeonju-si on September 25, 1968. As to the above AO land on December 20, 1971, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of B Q Q under the Act on Special Measures for Forest and Land on December 21, 1973. The forest was completed in the name of BE on November 21, 1973. The name of the above paragraph (1) of B, BE, BF, BG, BD, BD, Defendant S, BH, BI, Defendant T, U., BJ, B, BK, Defendant, and the name of BM 17 persons).

On November 10, 1973, registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of November 10, 1973.

(hereinafter referred to as “AO land”) was later changed into 7,240 square meters of AO forest in Seongdong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
