Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 9, 2019, around 10:50 on March 10, 2019, the Defendant assaulted three times the victim’s right behind his head, by hand, on the ground that the victim C (Nam and 32 years of age) who was boarding a taxi operated by the Defendant in the vicinity of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, was in the direction of cleanness, which is the destination, and was in the vicinity of the American History as a Dobong-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and that “the victim would return to a close range.”
