The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. To record the facts constituting the crime as shown in annexed Form;
(Provided, That it is true that the suspect is the defendant) 2. Judgment
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Articles 109 (1) and 36 of the Labor Standards Act;
(b) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention: Article 109 (2) of the Labor Standards Act.
C. The withdrawal of the complaint containing the expression of non-influence to the punishment of victimized workers after the indictment of this case is submitted.
