Crimes of non-compliance with the intention of victims under Articles 109(2) and 36 of the former Labor Standards Act (amended by Act No. 15108, Nov. 28, 2017; hereinafter the same shall apply): The judgment dismissing the prosecution on September 11, 2019, which submitted each written agreement stating the intention of victims not to be punished under Article 109(2) of the former Labor Standards Act; Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
