Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 by the Changwon District Court to a fine of KRW 1,50,000 due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act. On April 28, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3,50,000 due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving), etc. on November 15, 2013. On December 12, 2014, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 5,00,000 due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving), and on July 16, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 7,00,000 due to a fine of KRW 7,00 due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Changwon District Court Support on November 15, 2013.

around 00:10 on September 08, 2018, the Defendant driven a D EF rocketing car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.16% from the F side in the window E of Changwon-si to the same Gu G and the front road of about 300 meters.

Accordingly, the defendant, who violated the prohibition of drinking at least twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of the above provision.
