Punishment of the crime

On March 15, 2016, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 5 million with a fine of KRW 1,00,000 due to a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the Chuncheon District Court, and on May 11, 2017, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 5 million with a fine of KRW 1,00,000 due to a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act.

1. [Attachment 2017 Highest 845] On August 10, 2017, the Defendant driven a vehicle of e-Woo-Wood with alcohol leveling 0.183% under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.183%, without obtaining a driver’s license, at the section of approximately 300 meters in front of D & C in Chuncheon-si.

Accordingly, the defendant, who violated the prohibition of drinking at least twice, was driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license in violation of the above provision.

2. [Attachment 2017 Highest 1169] On November 1, 2017, the Defendant driven Fone Star Stick truck under the influence of alcohol level 0.18% while under the influence of alcohol level 0.18% while under the influence of alcohol level 0.18%, without obtaining a driver’s license, from the front of the Chuncheon High School, 442-10 “Sacheon Middle School” to the front of the “Sacheon-si, Chuncheon High School” to the front of the 402-10 square meters-ro, an air-sports string the city.
