1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 110,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from January 1, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

On May 29, 2014, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 70 million to the Defendant at interest rate of 18% per annum without setting the due date for payment, and the Plaintiff also lent KRW 10 million on October 16, 2014, KRW 10 million on October 21, 2016, KRW 10 million on November 4, 2014, KRW 7 million on January 6, 2015, KRW 3 million on January 27, 2015, KRW 10 million on a total of KRW 70 million to the Defendant (i.e., KRW 10 million) and KRW 10 million on a loan to the Defendant without setting the due date for payment by means of remitting from the Defendant’s account to the Defendant.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff with the payment of the above loan amounting to KRW 110 million with the delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case, and to pay the amount calculated by the rate of 12% per annum, which is the interest rate from January 1, 2016 to the date of full payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
