The reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance are as follows: “The Plaintiff, through content-certified mail, on March 28, 2018”; “The Defendant, by content-certified mail, on March 28, 2018”; and “The evidence additionally submitted at the trial, which is insufficient to recognize the Plaintiff’s assertion, is the same as the part corresponding to the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it shall be cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.”

2. As such, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
