1. The reasons for the court's explanation of this case are as follows: "40 million won" and "40 million won" of Item 5 of Item 2 of the judgment of the court of first instance and "50 million won" are as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the rejection of each of the evidence Nos. 12 and 13, which are submitted in the court of first instance and lack to recognize the plaintiff's assertion as evidence submitted in the court of first instance, and therefore, they are cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
