A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Criminal facts

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On November 24, 2011, the Defendant purchased Handphones, around November 24, 2011, on the road of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu B apartment, the Defendant: (a) 700,000 won for the purchase price of psychotropic drugs C in the name of the psychotropic drug Mampers (i.e., one penphone; hereinafter “cinephone”); and (b) C thereafter, at the E restaurant located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, in the E restaurant located in Nam-gu D, Incheon Metropolitan City, 70,000 won for the purchase price of phiphones, and (c) 1g for the purchase price of phiphones from G, and delivered it to the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C to purchase phiphones from G.

2. On December 6, 2011, around December 6, 2011, the Defendant purchased phiphonephones, 700,000 won, in the name of the purchase price for phiphones, to C on the front of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong apartment on the road of Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and C thereafter, to G on the road near H Park located in the Incheon Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon, in the name of the purchase price for phiphones, 70,000 won, in the name of the purchase price for phiphones, and delivered it to the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C to purchase phiphones from G.

3. On February 3, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around February 3, 2012, on the front of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu B apartment; (b) around February 3, 2012, the Defendant: (c) 800,000 won in the name of the purchase price of the penphone on the front of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu B apartment; and (d) thereafter, (c) at the house of Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, 1,000 won in the name of the penphone purchase price to G; and (c) 0.7 grams in the name of the penphone purchase price from

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C to purchase phiphones from G.
