Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall provide or rent any motor vehicle other than a commercial motor vehicle for transport with compensation, and no person shall arrange for it.

1. On May 12, 2016, the Defendant leased a car owned by the Defendant for private use at a cost by receiving KRW 1,100,000 under the condition that the car owned by the Defendant was used for two days from Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, and then leasing the car for private use at a cost. From around that time to April 3, 2017, the Defendant leased a car for private use owned by the Defendant over 11 times from that time to April 3, 2017 by acquiring KRW 23,90,000 in return for the lease of the car for private use.

2. On June 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) introduced, in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-dong 3rd underground parking lot; (b) introduced, under the condition that a passenger car with D is leased KRW 1,00,000 on the condition that he/she will use it for two days to a person who has lost his/her name; and (c) introduced, from around that time to July 15, 2016, the Defendant introduced, to rent his/her own car owned by D more than nine times as shown in attached Table 2 of the daily list of crimes to another person; and (d) arranged, in return, to rent his/her own car with a total of KRW 2,100,000,000 for that purpose, the Defendant acquired it.

3. On June 22, 2016, the Defendant offered good offices for rent rent for H-owned vehicles in the Gangnam-gu International Apartment Parking Lot of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, for the purpose of lending Jacker car owned by H under the condition that he would receive KRW 700,000 on the condition that he/she would use his/her own car for one day to a person who is not aware of his/her name. In addition, from around that time to November 7, 2016, H over six times, as shown in attached Table 3.
