Defendants shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fines, only 100,000.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No person shall provide or lease a motor vehicle other than a motor vehicle for commercial use for transport, and no person shall arrange for such use.
1. Defendant B
A. Before April 3, 2017, the Defendant leased C in return for rent F-type: (a) around the street in front of the locking room in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu Seoul; (b) provided C-type car at KRW 3.5 million on the condition that C-type car was used for a month to D; and (c) leased the car for private use at a cost.
B. Around April 19, 2017, the Defendant leased E D’s 4 commercial rent to the Defendant’s Defendant’s E D’s ownership from the “G Lenda” located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “G Lenda” to receive KRW 3.5 million on the condition that he/she would use the vehicle for one month, and leased the car for private use at a cost.
2. Defendant A
A. On April 20, 2017, the Defendant leased H Beng GTC 6.0 for a fee by leasing 7,50,000 won to I on the condition that I use his car for five days at Hbeng GTC 6.0, which the Defendant was under possession at the trade in the trade diver shop located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu Seoul.
B. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph 1-B. B, deposited a 4 million won car from the above B to Defendant I and J on the condition that the vehicle was used in one month, received KRW 250,000,000 from the E and arranged for the commercial rent of the vehicle for non-business purpose after acquiring 250,000,000 won from the date and place.
