[criminal history] On November 13, 2015, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year for aiding and abetting fraud and violating the Electronic Financial Transactions Act at the Busan District Court, and the judgment on November 21, 2015 became final and conclusive.

1. Defendants in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (voluntary coercion, etc.) are friendly between middle schools and middle schools.

On November 9, 2016, the Defendants became aware of the fact that the said G had been engaged in sexual traffic in Seoul before the instant case while Defendant B talked with G (W, 16 years old) as a child or juvenile who was known by Defendant B through the F Messen, etc. at the French coffee shop located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul.

The Defendants: (a) obtained the above G from the above G and moved the said G to Busan, their dwelling place, and (b) conspired to engage in commercial sex acts and to divide profits therefrom.

The Defendants, together with the above G, proposed to the effect that “I would like to pay money together with us to Busan. I would like to seek a male who is engaged in sexual traffic through the “H” in the smartphone fluor, etc., and that I would like to divide the said money with her male and female sex trade (only one life “the other”) and divide the said money.”

As a result, the Defendants conspired to attract the above G to become the counter-party to the act of buying sex of a child or juvenile.

2. On November 10, 2016, the Defendants, who violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, moved the said G to Busan around November 10, 2016, and then connected their respective smartphones to the “H”, which is a hosting site, using their respective smartphones in the south-gu Busan Metropolitan City, advertised to explain their physical conditions, sexual traffic prices, and sexual relationships as if they were women.

Defendants are male and male who reported and contacted with the above advertisement around 17:00 on the same day, and the remaining place.
